Approval Process
An approval process is in place for submitted files and files designed by our design team. First, for submitted files. They are checked for correct size, bleed (Space between blank area and printed area- usually a 1/4 inch), and resolution (image quality -300dpi is need for print). Second, for files we design. After consultation, a design proof will be emailed for review. During this time it is important to inspect the proof for any errors- including layout, spelling, and incorrect information. Once a proof is approved we are not responisble for any errors associates with the print due to content. If, for some reason, there is an error, we will do whatever is in our power to help correct the situation.
