Q: When can I see a proof?
After you submit the art and make the payment. You will receive a digital proof within two days.
Q: What is your normal turn around time?
After the proof has been approved, turn around time is normally 5 – 7 business days. American Apparel shirts will take up to 14 business days to turn around after proof approval.
Q: Do you have a minimum on orders?
We do have a $100 minimum on all orders.
Q: What are your screen set up fees?
We charge a $25 setup fee for each screen.
Q: What are your ink costs for each shirt?
65 cents fee for each ink swipe. So if your shirt has two colors on one side, it’ll cost $1.30 for each shirt.
